Day 1 ►
The Adventure Begins : Depart for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Your journey begins as you board the airplane from your port of departure to Dar es Salaam, the port city of Tanzania.
Day 2 ►
Arrival and Rest : Arrive in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Sleep comfortably in an air-conditioned room operated by a charitable partner in Tanzania. Take the opportunity to recoup from the journey and remain in the comfortable center all day or join other members of the group in exploring the largest city in Tanzania. Our driver will take you to an amazing souvenir market and a white-sand beach along the beautiful Indian Ocean.
Day 3 ►
You’ll be on safari at Serengeti National Park
Day 4 ►
Journey to the Tabora Region : Where Juma’s World began
Day 5 ►
Visit Primary Schools : Get ready for hugs
Days 6-7 ►
Explore Village Life : Participate in the daily lives of villagers
Days 8-11 ►
Creatively Empower : Work with AIDS-orphaned children

Return to Dar Es Salaam : Visit sunrise beach resort
A short ferry ride away from Dar es Salaam, lies a beautiful resort on a white sandy beach. You’ll enjoy the moments of insightful reflection. Remember to take a journal to collect your thoughts and record the meaningful memories from your time with the children and villagers. Overnight in this comfortable resort and spend another day together on the beach with team members before returning home.
Day 14 ►
Depart for Home : Return via Dar es Salaam
Juma’s World staff will transport team members to Dar’s International Airport, where you’ll board a morning flight home.
